The music is free
Recordings offered on this site can be streamed and downloaded at no cost. No payment, account, or donation is required, and nothing is unlocked by giving. Free does not mean unrestricted, however — the recordings remain copyrighted.
What you may do
- Download, keep, and listen to the files for your own personal enjoyment
- Share a copy privately with friends
- Link to this site freely
What you may not do
- Sell, license, or otherwise commercialise the recordings
- Upload them to streaming, download, or monetisation services, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, or Bandcamp
- Claim authorship or register them with any distributor, collecting society, or content-identification system
- Use them in advertising, film, television, games, or other commercial media without written permission
- Create and publish remixes, edits, or derivative works without written permission
- Remove or alter embedded metadata, credits, or copyright information

Ownership
All recordings, compositions, artwork, logos, and site content are owned by CinderLust LLC unless stated otherwise. Performers who appear on a recording are credited on that recording's page. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of anything.
Audio watermarking
Files distributed from this site contain an inaudible digital watermark identifying them as CinderLust releases. It does not affect playback, does not identify you, and collects no information about you. It exists so that we can demonstrate the origin of a file if a recording is misused or falsely claimed by someone else.
Donations
This site links to a charitable donation page hosted by fredhutch.org. Donations made there go directly to the receiving organisation, not to CinderLust LLC. Giving is entirely voluntary, is not a purchase, and unlocks nothing — the music is free whether you donate or not. We cannot process refunds for donations, and any questions about a gift should go to Fred Hutch directly.
Merchandise
Physical goods are produced and shipped by a third-party fulfilment provider. Their terms, shipping timescales, and return policies apply to those orders.

Please don't send confidential information or unsolicited creative material — demos, lyrics, artwork, or song ideas — through the contact form. Anything sent unsolicited is treated as non-confidential, and we cannot accept responsibility for material that resembles work we develop independently.
No warranty
The site and its files are provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, that files will be free of errors, or that they will work on any particular device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinderLust LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its files.
